On Monday 11th April, Janine from Sainsbury’s Ballymena visited us and very kindly donated a lovely hamper of tasty fruit treats and a voucher to spend in store for our Rise n Shine Breakfast Club. We really appreciate the support from Sainsbury’s and the boys and girls loved trying lots of different treats this week for breakfast.
Longstone Primary School are starting a breakfast club after Easter commencing on Monday 4th April from 8am. The cost will be 50p per day and we’d love to see lots of boys and girls come along for some breakfast and fun before school each morning. See our poster for more information or contact the school office.
Thank you to everyone who came along to our Little Owls group on Wednesday afternoons (from 2-3pm) last year. We were so encouraged by the number of parents, grandparents and childminders who brought along their little ones for a very enjoyable afternoon. We hope you are looking forward to this year’s events as much as we are and don’t forget to invite others as well! Check out the gallery here on our website for some pictures.
This year’s dates are:
A massive WELL DONE to both our P4-7 choir and P1-4 choir on Thursday and Friday this week for their wonderful performances at the Ballymena Festival. The adjudicator gave us some lovely comments and we are very proud of each and every one of them for standing on the stage in the Braid with huge smiles on their faces and singing so well!
A reminder to all parents and friends that out P4-7 choir will be performing at the festival in the Braid Centre on Thursday 3rd March at 9.30am and our P1-3 choir will be performing on Friday 4th March at 11.00am.
